This
is truly the closest anyone has come to writing a complete
sports science guide to kettlebell training.

"I
generally dont say much in particular to fitness products,
prefering to let the product rise or fall as the buying
public see fit. as their are more qualified men out their
to play at critics, but THE KETTLEBELL BIBLE
is
the epitme of the exception to the rule if seen on a shelf
this book would sell itself and on-line i appreciate that
we sometimes take a chance only to be dissapointed, NOT
ON THIS OCCASION! the book is
ring bound and glossy designed to (in my estimation) lay
open and not devalue, the history of the kettlebell is
given and real strength is discussed - then to work -the
authors pull no punches in delivering the means to make
you and I stronger and more powefull from the first time
you move a kettlebell, you will realise that you cannot
be complaicent as its more than a dead weight and as I
am finding requires the lifter to source the entire self
to perform any said movement (a16 kg kettlebell is far
more demanding to curl than a16 kg dumb bell)
I am getting ahead of my self now and if i dont watch
it I will just keep talking, so in summary, this book
is the only thing i will ever read in regards to kettlebells
(and i am not ignorant) thanks Stan and thanks Rob
